Abbie Gellatly is Head of People and Culture at Apt Wealth Partners, where she is responsible for setting the direction and overseeing the implementation of Apt’s people strategy.
Beginning her financial services career on the client side before moving to people and culture, Abbie has a unique understanding of the industry and the people within it. As an HR leader, Abbie has developed significant expertise across employee experience, health & wellbeing initiatives and strategic business planning. In addition, she is passionate about lifelong learning.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (HR) and a Diploma of Financial Planning and is SMSF-Accredited.
Outside the office, you’ll find Abbie exploring local restaurants, planning her next travel adventure or hitting the beach.
