Sue Morris is a Senior Financial Adviser at Apt Wealth Partners, based in Sydney. She has worked as a financial adviser for 13 years, following a decade as an investment professional earlier in her career.
Sue advises across the full breadth of financial planning, with a particular focus on retirement and pre-retirement. She also mentors Apt’s less experienced advisers on technical strategy and on the client skills that shape a good conversation. What Sue values most is the relationship itself. Everyone arrives with a different story beneath the umbrella of financial advice, and having navigated a few of life’s bigger moments herself, she brings real understanding to clients working through their own.
Sue holds a Master of Financial Planning, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, and is a Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner. She is an Accredited Behavioural Finance Professional (ABFP) and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counsellor (CRPC), with specialist study in direct equities, SMSF strategy and debt strategies.
Outside the office, family comes first. Sue has six children and recently welcomed her first granddaughter. She is a regular at the gym and hopes to be back on the soccer field next year.
