john@acceptancefinance.com.auJohn Empey is a Finance Broker at Acceptance Finance, working from his own office in Warrawee to help clients across Sydney’s Upper North Shore with home loans, investment loans and refinancing.
John has been a finance broker since 2008. Before moving into broking, he spent ten years as Executive Director and Head of Mortgages at ING Bank and ING Direct, and 17 years before that at Citibank Australia, where he held state manager roles in WA and NSW before becoming Head of National Distribution for Consumer and Business products.
John is married with two children, with a daughter in London and a son studying at Macquarie University. Golf is his weekly fixture, and he follows the Sydney Swans and, further afield, the Toronto Blue Jays.
