Daniel Di Conza is a Director of Acceptance Finance, having driven the development of the company’s mortgage division for more than two decades.

Daniel entered the finance industry in 1992 and joined Acceptance Finance in 2002, growing the mortgage side of the business from the ground up. His hands-on approach has underpinned the firm’s growth, and he’s regarded as a genuine thought leader within the broking industry. Since Acceptance Finance’s July 2026 partnership with Apt Wealth Partners, Daniel has taken on responsibility for strategic growth initiatives and acquisition opportunities across the combined group.

Daniel has three sons, which keeps him busy outside of work. Asked what he’d say if the world fell silent for 20 seconds, his answer was simple: nothing; he’d just enjoy the quiet.
