Mark Bardzinski is the Chief Operating Officer at Apt Wealth Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience across banking, lending, insurance, and financial advice. He is responsible for leading the firm’s operational and financial strategy, ensuring that systems, processes, and resources are aligned to support sustainable growth and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Mark plays a key role in translating strategic vision into operational execution. He oversees technology, supplier relationships, and internal operations, ensuring the business runs securely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations. His leadership fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Mark holds qualifications in both financial planning and mortgage broking. He is a Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner through the Asia Pacific Financial Services Association, a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Financial Planner AFP® member with the Financial Planning Association of Australia and a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
