Lachlan O’Neill is a Financial Advice Associate based in Sydney, with three years of experience in the financial planning space. He supports financial advisers across advice preparation, strategy implementation, client service and ongoing review processes, bringing a well-rounded financial and legal perspective to his role.

Lachlan enjoys helping clients feel understood and supported, with a strong focus on empathy, clear communication and attention to detail. He collaborates closely with advisers and team members to help deliver seamless and well-considered financial planning outcomes.

Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys spending time with his family, including his partner, stepdaughter and pug. He is a passionate Canterbury Bulldogs supporter, and maintains a regular gym training routine.
