Andrew Dunbar is the Chief Executive Officer of Apt Wealth Partners, responsible for driving the firm’s strategic direction, fostering a strong and inclusive culture, and aligning the team behind a shared vision for client excellence, sustainable growth and innovation.

With over two decades of experience in financial services, Andrew brings a proven track record of leadership, strategic vision, and client focus. His accolades include being named the FPA CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional of the Year in 2019, and ranking in the top 3 of the Barrons Top Financial Advisers in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Andrew holds degrees in Commerce and Economics from Monash University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and maintains his Certified Financial Planner® professional status with the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FAAA).

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Andrew is committed to community impact. He chairs the board of the Lungitude Foundation and contributes to the Cancer Council’s Pro Bono Program, supporting families facing financial challenges during cancer treatment. Outside of work, Andrew is a proud father to Jack, Charlotte, and Chloe.
