Melita’s primary responsibilities include continuously reviewing and improving the way we do things at Apt to maintain a top-notch client experience and to make us more efficient so that we can welcome more clients to partner with us on their journey to lifestyle and financial success. She loves problem solving, researching and testing new technologies and software, and thinking outside the box to come up with appropriate and innovative solutions to address client pain points and internal inefficiencies. Melita has been with Apt for over 20 years and her qualifications include a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Management. She’s also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
